"Pretty disappointed with the lack of updates"
I was expecting more, but I barely got any updates throughout the process. It felt like I was left waiting and wondering what was going on most of the time, which was really disappointing.

The site was simple enough to use, so I’ll give them that. I just wish there had been more to actually choose from. The selection felt limited, and once I filtered by my size, there really weren’t many styles left.

"The color was totally different than I expected"
I ordered this thinking the color would look close to the photo, but when it arrived, it was way off. Maybe I’m assuming too much from the online pictures, but the tone made it seem like it would be much softer/brighter than what I actually got.

The fabric felt like some bargain-bin afterthought. It was scratchy, uncomfortable, and just not something I’d want to wear for more than five minutes

"The styles just weren’t for me"
I wasn’t into the clothing styles at all. Everything kind of looked dated and a little strange once I saw it in person, like the kind of stuff nobody would really want to wear out. A lot of the cuts felt awkward, and the colors just seemed off across the board. Overall, it really wasn’t my taste, and I don’t see myself shopping here again

"First impression was good, with a couple surprises"
When my order from mainstreet.boutique first showed up, my first impression was that it looked mostly like what I expected from the listing. The sizing was close, which was a relief. Once I looked a little closer though, the color seemed a bit different in person and the fabric felt thinner than it looked in the photos. Overall, it wasn’t a bad purchase, but I do wish the product details had been a little clearer before I ordered.

I ordered a dress from mainstreet.boutique, the quality was not great lol. The fabric felt really thin and cheap, and there were already loose threads in the stitching when I took it out of the package.

It definitely looked much better in the photos than it did in person. After just one wash, it lost its shape too, so I really don’t feel like it was worth the money. Disappointing overall

"They never really fixed the issue"
I had a problem with my order, the way they handled it was frustrating. Every reply I got felt short and unhelpful, like they were just trying to get me out of the inbox instead of actually answering my questions.
After waiting days, their so-called solution still left me out both money and time. Give me a break. I definitely won’t be ordering from mainstreet.boutique again.

"Product photos didn’t match what arrived"
I ordered a top from mainstreet.boutique because the photos made it look really cute, and the color seemed like a soft beige that would be easy to wear.

When it arrived, it looked a lot more yellow in person, the fabric felt thinner than expected, and the fit was different from what the model photo showed. Even the stitching didn’t look quite the same to me.

Maybe I just got a bad one, but I think other customers should know the pictures made it look nicer than it actually was. I personally wouldn’t order again if I had to rely on their product photos.

"The exchange process was a pain"
The exchange took way too long and I really don’t have the patience for that kind of runaround. Nobody seemed to make it simple or quick, and it just felt like way more hassle than it needed to be.

"I just didn’t feel like it was worth..."
I just didn’t feel like it was worth the price. It looked a lot nicer online, but once it arrived, it felt basic and kind of cheap, if that makes sense. I’ve definitely seen similar stuff elsewhere for less. Shipping wasn’t the best either, so the whole experience was disappointing. I don’t think I’d order again...

"Cute style, just not the best fit for me"
I ordered my usual size from mainstreet.boutique, and while the piece looked really cute, the fit was a little off on me. It felt tight around the shoulders but somehow loose at the waist, so it didn’t sit quite right. The fabric was also a bit scratchier than I expected, so I probably wouldn’t wear it all day. Shipping was totally fine, and I still like the overall look, but I don’t think I’d buy this particular item again.

"Not worth dealing with the rude staff"
The staff acted like I was bothering them just by asking for help, and they barely did anything to assist me. that kind of attitude makes the whole experience feel disappointing and not worth it

I’m still annoyed thinking back on trying to return my order. I remember feeling so caught off guard when I realized how unfair the return policy seemed. It just left a bad taste, and it made the whole experience way more stressful than it should’ve been.

Well... the site was easy to browse overall, but a few pages loaded slower than I expected. The menu also took me a minute to figure out, so it’s okay, just not as smooth as it could be

I ordered about two weeks ago and the tracking has basically never moved. Every time I contacted support, they just told me to wait around a bit longer. I still haven’t gotten my package, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. The delivery just doesn’t feel reliable

I emailed support and it took days to get a reply, which was frustrating. I get that teams can be busy, but if customers are waiting on help, there should be some accountability and at least a quick update so we’re not left hanging...

Not great, honestly. The box was crushed when it got here. Like, really smashed on one side. Opened it up and the stuff inside didn’t look packed very well either. Just kind of thrown in there. Nothing felt secure. Disappointing
